As the end of the school year is vastly approaching, for many the reality of moving forward is hitting. For the seniors, the reality of our schooling career may becoming to an end or a start to a new academic journey with college is starting to hit. A bitter sweet moment in anyones life, leaving high school is scary as the thought of ” What happens next?” flies through your mind a million times. The pressure of family members and friends can hinder what you really want to do with your life. Changing what you choose to do with your future, whether that’s going to the military rather than a trade school.
Follow your passion. Don’t get stuck in a career that doesn’t bring you happiness, dragging years in a place wondering “Is there more to life than this?”. Yes, the answer is yes. Life is truly what you make of it, so every conscious and non-conscious thought can change a step in your path on this earth. Even think about life as a game, you are your own character; picking the life your character lives. So if you would pick an exciting, fulfilling life for your character in a game, why wouldn’t you so chose a career in life that doesn’t fulfill you?
Design your life here on this earth as you would on a game in a fake reality. Make that reality come true and live your life to the fullest. You only have one life to live, don’t wait till it’s almost too late to try to do what you truly wanted to do after all those years. Start now and take off in the world. You are the master of your reality, take control and shine your light on the world. No one is like you, there is only one you. Get out there and show the world what you were placed on this world to do.
