Why hygiene is important

I know some people are thinking why is she writing about the but this needs to be talked about, at school or any public place people really don’t care how they smell or about their appearance and as you get older you should care about all of that stuff. mental hygienic practices can help prevent our natural tendency to engage in “rumination, excessive self-focused thinking, and suboptimal levels of positive feelings. Good hygiene can boost your confidence substantially, while also helping to improve the health of your body since they go hand in hand. By taking better care of your teeth and gums, you can also reduce the likelihood of infections, gum disease, pain and inflammation. If you want a good way to start to be on a good hygiene is first take a shower every day or every other day and use soap and water, Trim your nails. Keeping your finger and toenails trimmed and in good shape will prevent problems such as hang nails and infected nail beds, clean your ears Brush and floss your teeth and Wash your hands whenever your done using the bathroom. Creating a routine of mental health hygiene, including daily mindfulness practices, can decrease stress levels and improve mood. For most people, the concept of hygiene conjures up images of brushing your teeth, applying deodorant or taking a shower: simple, daily practices to keep your body clean and healthy. These are some reasons why you should take a shower often because first it ruins peoples moods around you and why wouldn’t you want to smell good or clean. Having good hygiene is just good for everyone and for you and it helps your mood to be better and that’s what we all want, we know some people dont care about it and maybe this could be a reason why they should care about it.
