  • A boost to overall strength, stamina, energy and mental capacity
  • Provide an overall laxation to the human body, especially the brain
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Reduction in swelling areas
  • Overall sleep time and sleep quality in people with and without insomnia

Knowing most of the positive benefits that supplements can provide, here are my top 3 that I would recommend that you use if you are in a healthy state already would like more energy, sleep improvements and laxation. First is Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is almost like a king of all positives for supplements and is because it helps with reducing stress/anxiety levels, enhancing cognitive function, boosting energy levels, regulating blood sugar levels, lowering blood pressure, improving cardiac health and inflammation. Second in place is rhodiola. Rhodiola is similar to Ashwaganda but with less of a lax sensation. It provides, increase in energy, stamina, strength, improvement in athletic performances, and resistance to the effects of stress. Now last in place is of course are the elderberries. Elderberries are short and simple when it comes to their effects being that they are meant to boost your immune system to help defy all the potential viruses that we are vulnerable to everyday.
