Thanksgiving foods

Hello! I hope you all had a great thanksgiving break! I hope that everyone was able to spend time with their families and have some great foods. I really enjoy this holiday because of all of the delicious foods. I’m not gonna lie, I don’t even know what the reason is for thanksgiving. All I truly care about is the food. I love all the food me and my family make to enjoy. We make foods like ham, mac and cheese, stuffing, cranberry sauce etc. In my opinion, Mac and cheese is my favorite dish because it just tastes so good. When made properly, mac and cheese is the best food to make. One thing that I enjoy that others usually don’t is the cranberry sauce. It is one of my favorite dishes to make on thanksgiving. BUT I only like cranberry sauce is made fresh and not from a can. It is super easy to make cranberry sauce. All you need is to do is put cranberries in a saucepan with sugar, water and orange juice. After letting them cook on the stove for a little bit, it should turn into cranberry sauce. I also only enjoy it when its cold. When cranberry sauce is too hot, it tastes gross. But that is just my opinion. I also prefer ham over turkey. The turkey is always dry and it takes forever to make. Whereas ham is super easy to make and isn’t dry. I really like when the ham is honey baked and has brown sugar on it. That makes the ham have a super sweet crust around it which tastes super good. These are my opinions on thanksgiving foods ! 🙂
