And we’re back!

Now that we are in a new year and school is starting back up again, that means that there is new opportunities waiting for us. For example, sports are back! Basketball is back and the has just started (boys and girls). The first game is in a couple of days, so that’s exciting. Even though fans are not allowed at games for the first three weeks, we should be happy that things are slowly going back to normal.

We are now back in person (or maybe online still, depends on you) and it is great to be back!! A little more about the school is that it has been redone and it looks great, especially the library, gym, field, the octogen, classrooms, the front office, and many more things like that. If you are online, you are missing out because everything looks amazing! Being back in person is so nice because it feels nice to be back in the classroom, especially in new classrooms. It’s a good environment.

The agenda for this semester:

-January is coming to an end and February is starting!

-In February, picture re-takes are on February 2nd

-The PSAT for all 9-11th graders is in March or April

-THE TWO LAST QUARTERS ARE STARTING/COMING UP

-Seniors: Application deadlines are coming up along with Scholarship deadlines (so get them in)

-Juniors: Start looking into college-related things to get a head start/ know what you are doing and/or going. If you are in AVID, I highly recommend getting started in the college process, because that is mainly what senior year AVID is!

Sports:

-Basketball has started (boys and girls). The first game is on Monday (01/25/21).

-Swim has also started

-Cheer has started

-Wrestling has started
